Spotlight Drama Day 3

Jesus washes the disciples feet and shows us how to serve. The disciples took a while to “get it”, especially Simon Peter. Our planned point was that even when we don’t understand, Jesus loves us! It reminds me of a song we sang for Christmas: “How Many Kings?”

How many kings step down from their thrones?
How many lords have abandoned their homes?
How many greats have become the least for me?
And how many gods have poured out their hearts
To romance a world that is torn all apart
How many fathers gave up their sons for me?
